With over 15 years of training, gaining qualifications from prestigious dance boards such as RAD and ISTD, working with professional companies across the UK, competing in various festivals and musicals such as Fame.
Karina has found that teaching is definitely her most rewarding achievement.
Karina’s focus on teaching dance has both an imaginative and inventive approach, Karina is committed to nurturing each student to maximise their dance potential and go the extra mile to achieve such results.
Across Karina’s several years of teaching she has collected an array of achievements including the successes at Disneyland Paris, Alton Towers, alongside many national competitions whereby her choreography has been performed to industry professionals.
Millie started dancing at age 2 with weekly ballet and modern lessons. Her experience has led her competing in a number of shows, festivals and competitions whereby she really found her love in learning and performing choreography amongst working towards syllabus work.
Millie completed examinations in traditional subjects as well as successfully achieved her Contemporary Dance Qualification.
Much like many of our dancers at Lunar Dance Academy, Millie's favourite medium of dance is contemporary. Being able to really tap into the musicality and appreciate the beautiful shapes our bodies can make.
"It’s a style with so much freedom and space for personal expression, which I think is so important when dancing."
Millie will be teaching and supporting our Thursday Intermediate class, alongside Karina - sharing her expertise and energy, whilst furthering her training with Ballet Cymru.
As of 2025 Lottie will be teaching commercial to our Seniors!

Ellis has been dancing with Lunar Dance Academy from our very first session. Ellis embodies everything that Lunar Dance Academy is about - patience, enthusiasm and passion.
Ellis is one of our Teaching Assistants in our Juniors & Intermediate classes, she guides and shapes our younger pupils into being the best versions of themselves.
Ellis' warm presence acts as a great role model for our participants looking to further their capabilities and fall in love with dance.
Holly is one of our Teaching Assistants in our Juniors & Intermediate classes, she mentors and leads some of our younger pupils encouraging them to be their most expressive selves.
Holly highlights all of our ethos at Lunar Dance Academy, being kind, confident and helpful coupled with her impressive dance ability.
Holly provides an 'older sister' feel for our young pupils with her caring approach. Holly acts as a great role model for our participants looking to further their capabilities and fall in love with dance.
All of our teachers are professionals, highly experienced, easily approachable, friendly dancers bringing unique and creative choreography. Fully insured and DBS checked and certified.
